New build agreement crowns Monaco success story
HJB enjoyed its most successful Monaco boat show ever at the end of September. The new Hollander concept, which was officially launched at the exhibition, was enthusiastically received by the media, industry and owners alike.
“We were delighted that people immediately recognised the key benefits of the Hollander,” says managing director Paul Dielemans, one of the key staff members that were on hand to meet people at the HJB stand. “Many people expressed the opinion that this was an intelligent design that truly meets the aspirations of today`s motoryacht owners.”
Paul was also very impressed by the quality of the visitors to the Monaco show and the exceptionally high percentage of decision-makers. “We had many excellent direct conversations with owners and potential buyers of both sailyachts and power boats. One of these led to a agreement to build a new project, which is almost unprecedented for a boat show.” More details will be released as soon as the contract is signed, so make sure you return to this website soon.
HJB was delighted to be able to showcase Skylge at the show and the overall atmosphere in Monaco was very positive. “Although I travelled to the show expecting the credit crisis to be the main topic of conversation, this was by no means the case,” adds Paul. “It is clear that while superyacht owners are realistic about the consequences, they are not going to let this economic issue deter them from enjoying the sailing lifestyle.”
