The management team at Holland Jachtbouw consists of Paul Dielemans (Managing Director), Tako van Ineveld (Technical Director) and Arjen Zijlmans (Production Director). All three are major shareholders in the yard. This allows them to take ownership of the decision-making process in every sense of the word.
To ensure we satisfy the most demanding clients, the management team is committed to an excellent working environment in which everyone can develop their skill set. The dedication to innovation, quality and cost control is the foundation of our success, as well as the solid base for all future operations.

This methodology enables continuous improvement, speeds up response times, improves product quality, and creates even closer relationships with customers and suppliers.
