Shogun

(formerly YII)

Designed by Bill Dixon, Shogun was built to meet the owner’s brief for a sleek, uncluttered yacht with a contemporary, minimalistic appearance. This was achieved with a low profile deckhouse and a range of features such as a concealed bimini and dodger spray hood, with all these systems designed and engineered in-house by the team at HJB. Further features include recessed headsail furlers, a through-hull anchor system, pop-up cleats, deck recessed genoa tracks and concealed hinges for the hatches.

Her aluminium hull ensured a strong yet relatively much lighter yacht ensuring that her light air performance on the water was the very best possible.

The exterior elegance was also taken below decks in a superb interior designed by John Munford. Here he achieved a modern but warm feel with a pear and wenge wood blend. The woodwork contrasts well with the textures from the woven leather panels in the corridor.
